Field & Country LLC Example Terms Docs

Example of Field & Country terms documents: (1) The Land Sale Contract, which says that Field & Country LLC is going to hold the deed until the property is paid in full at which point it will be deeded to you; (2) The Purchase Sale Agreement/Promissory Note, describes what you are buying and who is responsible for what; (3) ACH Authorization, for collection of monthly payments via GeekPay. When you purchase a property on terms with Field & Country LLC, your documents will be the same as these, except the property will be the one you are purchasing and the buyer name will be your name.
